Under the general direction of the Employee Relations Legal Team (“ROE”), the Senior Emergency Response Paralegal, Litigation, strategically manages all stages of litigation (including, but not limited to, the initiation of new cases, investigation and discovery of facts, filing practice, summary judgment, mediation and tribunal preparation).
